How It Works
VSTP is a six-week online career and sales training program combining on-demand lessons, live Zoom sessions, practical exercises, and a supportive veteran community. Participants build communication, sales, relationship-building, and professional skills they can take directly into the workforce.
Who We Serve
VSTP supports transitioning veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard members, and Reservists preparing for their next career chapter. No prior sales experience is required. We help you identify your strengths, build confidence, and develop skills that translate into civilian career opportunities.
What You'll Gain
Through VSTP, participants develop practical sales and professional skills, build confidence, create a career plan, prepare for employer conversations, and complete a final assessment. Graduates who successfully complete the program receive a VSTP Sales & Career Readiness Certificate.
